Personal Data Processing Policy

In effect since October 2, 2026 (version 1.0). Legal framework: Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and any rules that amend or supplement them.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Spanish one: Política de Tratamiento de Datos Personales.

2. What data we collect

• Through the contact form on this site: name, company, email, phone (optional), type of company and the content of your message.
• Through direct correspondence with any of our @akkuratsolutions.com addresses, when you write to us voluntarily.

We do not collect sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political or union affiliation, biometric data) or data from minors.

3. What we use it for

Only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a possible business relationship with you or the company you represent, and send you information related to that inquiry while it is being handled. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we do not send newsletters or mass communications unless you expressly and separately authorize it.

4. Authorization

The form includes a checkbox to accept this policy, which must be checked before submitting it. Without it, the form is not processed. Anyone who writes directly to one of our addresses authorizes, by doing so, the use of their data solely to respond to that communication.

5. Your rights

You may access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization you gave; be informed of how your data has been used; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke the authorization or request the deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and access it free of charge.

6. How to exercise your rights

Write to gerencia@akkuratsolutions.com with your full name, the channel through which you gave us your data and your request. We respond to inquiries within a maximum of 10 business days, extendable by 5 more business days with prior notice. We respond to complaints within a maximum of 15 business days, extendable by 8 more business days with prior notice.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as your inquiry is being handled and up to 2 years after it is closed, unless you request its deletion earlier or there is a legal, contractual or accounting obligation to keep it longer (for example, if the inquiry ends in a contract). This is the validity period of the database.

8. Providers that process data on our behalf

To operate the site we use technology providers that process data only following our instructions and under their data processing terms: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting and bot verification), Resend (delivery of the form message to our email, with servers in São Paulo, Brazil) and Google LLC (corporate email, Google Workspace). Some of them are outside Colombia, so your data may be transmitted abroad for this sole purpose.

9. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare’s bot verification does not install tracking cookies and may process your IP address for security purposes. If we activate an analytics tool in the future, we will ask for your authorization before installing any cookie and will update this policy.

10. Changes

We may update this policy if our practices change. The effective date always appears at the top.
